Termux is a Terminal Emulator of Linux for Android phones.

Terminal is used to perform various tasks by giving commands to it. Sometimes it is also known as Shell . It perform that task that we can not done by graphical interface.

It does not required your phone to be rooted. Even you can download that hacking released apps like Metasploit, BusyBox, that required root access, but not in graphical manner.
